We offer remote support for users who are having problems install the endpoint protection. This is a free service and can be used on unlimited amount of devices. For example, if you pay for 50 devices we can install it on 50 devices for you on a date and time that suits you.
We fully manage your protection. Any virus or malware threats that may try and access your computer will be notified by us. One of our support team will email you with to let you know which device is trying to be infected.
We offer all forms of major credit cards, Paypal and Bank transfer.
Once you have signed up and payment has been made and confirmed the order is then processed to our technical team. Normally once the payment has been made we can set up your protection and email you with in 2 to 4 hours.
We do offer discounts for bulk orders. please contact us for more detials. For example if you purchase 10 we will give you a free licence.
We do not offer a trail for Bit Defender Endpoint protection, We do offer month on month contracts. if you are not happy with it you can cancel it any time you like and only get charged by the month. The worst case you would be paying £2.50 for 1 month if you are not happy.
